Submersible high-efficiency DOUBLE CHANNEL Pedrollo Pump designed for professional applications. Built using premium quality materials, the pump is extremely reliable and suitable for continuous heavy-duty service. Ideal for handling dirty water, sewage, industrial waste and similar applications. The specially designed impeller provides excellent efficiency while allowing the passage of muddy water containing solids and short fibres.


Installation & Applications

  • Suitable for dirty water, sewage, effluent water and water mixed with mud.
  • Ideal for sewer systems, excavation sites, wells, drainage channels and underground car parks.
  • Heavy-duty cast iron construction provides excellent abrasion resistance.
  • Recommended pit size for fixed installations: 800 × 800 × 800 mm.

Structural Characteristics

Pump Body Cast Iron with UNI ISO 228/1 gas threaded delivery ports.
Base & Motor Housing Cast Iron.
Impeller AISI 304 Stainless Steel Double Channel Impeller.
Motor Shaft AISI 304 Stainless Steel.
Fasteners Stainless Steel screws in contact with fluid (Optional Stainless Steel lifting eye).
Seal System Double Seal System with Ceramic/Silicon Carbide pump-side seal and lip seal on motor side with barrier oil chamber.
Motor Sealed induction motor with double impregnated Class F winding, designed for continuous duty even with partial submersion.
Motor Protection Single phase models include thermal cut-out. Three phase models above 5 kW include three thermal cut-outs.
Protection Rating IP68.
Control Box Single phase models supplied with capacitor and manual reset, IP64.
Supply Cable Single Phase: 10 m HO7 RN-F neoprene submersible cable.
Three Phase: 10 m FG5 OK 4×1.5 mm² + 2×0.5 mm² neoprene cable.
Standards Manufactured in compliance with EN 60335-1, CEI 61-150, EN 60034-1, IEC 34-1 and CEI 2-3.
